Good to Know Before You Go

The Hamburg Dungeon is for ages 10 and up, and under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. It isn't recommended for anyone of a nervous disposition.

Plan your evening: the Panoptikum stays open until 10 PM on Saturdays, while the Hamburg Dungeon and Rickmer Rickmers close in the late afternoon.

Elbphilharmonie Plaza tours don't include the concert halls, and access to the Plaza can occasionally be restricted for security reasons.

Rickmer Rickmers is a historic ship with steep, narrow stairways, so access is limited for wheelchairs and prams.

Dogs on a short leash are welcome at the Panoptikum.
