Good to Know Before You Go

The Hamburg Dungeon is for ages 10 and up, and under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. It isn't recommended for anyone of a nervous disposition.

The Dungeon is open daily from 10:00 to 17:00, and the show is presented in English and German.

You can cancel your Dungeon ticket up until your chosen time slot, and reschedule any time before your visit.

On the Saturday boat party, cocktails, long drinks and shots aren't included in the drinks package.
