FAQs

Is the Forum open every day?

Yes. The Forum is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and until 9 p.m. on Thursdays. The Book Shop keeps the same hours.

Is the Forum open in the evenings?

Yes. On Thursdays the Forum stays open until 9 p.m. There are also two special evening formats from 5 to 7 p.m.: Silent Strolls on Mondays, for enjoying the exhibition in quiet mode, and Sound Strolls on Fridays, where art meets music.

When is the quietest time to visit?

Weekday mornings just after opening are usually the calmest. If you'd like a particularly peaceful visit, try a Monday Silent Stroll between 5 and 7 p.m.

How long should I plan for my visit?

Most visitors spend around 60 to 90 minutes in the exhibition, depending on the theme and their own pace. Add a little time if you'd like to browse the Book Shop or join a guided tour.

Can I enter shortly before closing time?

We'd recommend arriving at least an hour before closing – that's 6 p.m. on most days, or 8 p.m. on Thursdays – so you have enough time to enjoy the exhibition comfortably.

Is there a cheaper day to visit?

Yes. Every Tuesday, all visitors pay the reduced admission price (except on public holidays). Children and young people under 18 go free every day.
